Wedding Details
The wedding will take place on 11/15 at the Karakter beachside restaurant at Coral Estate.
The day will start at 4 pm with a complimentary cocktail hour-and-45. The ceremony and photos will take place 5:45-6:30, followed by a scrumptious Caribbean barbecue!
Dress code: casual Caribbean vibe : ) Please remember sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen etc.
After dinner, we’ll dance, cut the cake, and party to live Curaçaoan music by the beach with a cash bar! Finally, we’ll do a refreshing midnight swim at the infinity pool at Koraal upstairs!
Pre-Wedding Welcome
Come say hello! Our friends Alicia and Jonah are hosting a casual Pre-Wedding Welcome at Premium Villa #2 on Thursday, November 13th, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Enjoy cold drinks, savory snacks, and a dip in the private pool! After 6 PM, guests are free to make their own dinner plans.
Saturday Night
We’ve got an update that will get you moving! We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the one and only Junior Tecla will be joining us to celebrate on our wedding evening! A legend of Curaçaoan reggae, his incredible music will bring the perfect vibrant, island energy to the dance floor. Get ready for a night of fantastic rhythm!
Staying at Coral Estate

There’s a wide variety of accommodations at Coral Estate, from large seaview villas to 1 BR apartments. We recommend booking several months in advance of November because it’s justifiably a popular place 🙂
Coral Estate is basically paradise. The landscaping and architecture are harmonious with the Caribbean setting, the staff are amazing, the sea is just a minute’s walk away, and there are great restos and pubs right at the resort.
Coral Estate has a good scuba/snorkeling shop and they offer scuba training and certification right on the resort.
The resort also has spa services.
Traveling to Curaçao
Surprisingly simple! Curaçao’s modern International Airport has convenient direct flights from many North American Airports and Amsterdam.
Navigation / Apps
Use maps.me, and download its Curaçao map, for easy offline nav to all the best spots.
Many locals use WhatsApp for comms, often exclaiming “App me!”
